Parts requirements are included in the Express Diagnostics evaluation. If parts need to be ordered, they are expedited to arrive as quickly as possible. - COMMUNICATION:
Receive the diagnostics results and repair time estimate within the two-hour window. Repair status updates keep you informed of progress. - SATISFACTION CONFIRMATION:
A post-service survey ensures that our Accelerated Service promise was kept and that you are satisfied with your experience. - DIAGNOSTICS:
Body repairs, regularly scheduled repairs/preventive maintenance, multiple line repair orders.
*Diagnotic repairs are not eligible for Accelerated Service/Express
